We are recruiting for a driven and commercially minded Internal Sales Executive – Export Sales Team to join a fast-paced international sales function. This Internal Sales Executive – Export Sales Team role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with overseas customers, building strong relationships, and managing sales processes from enquiry through to order completion.
As an Internal Sales Executive – Export Sales Team, you will manage accounts across European markets, using your language skills to strengthen customer engagement and maximise sales opportunities. The Internal Sales Executive – Export Sales Team will take ownership of enquiries, negotiate purchase orders, and maintain accurate CRM records to ensure seamless service delivery. This is a permanent, full-time, office-based role offering full training and long-term progression within an established export sales environment.
Main Responsibilities:

Implement account strategies to maximise sales growth within export markets.

Build and maintain strong relationships with international customers.

Communicate confidently in Italian, French or German with clients and partners.

Log customer interactions and manage call reporting within the CRM system.

Negotiate and finalise purchase orders and contracts.

Manage and track orders and enquiries through internal systems.

Maintain strong technical and product knowledge.

Provide proactive solutions to meet customer requirements and commercial objectives.
Skills/Experience:

Fluency in Italian, French or German (essential).

Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

Previous experience in internal sales, export sales, or customer service desirable.

Competent IT user, ideally with experience in MS Office (Excel, Outlook, Word).

Self-motivated, enthusiastic, and target-driven.

Ability to manage multiple enquiries and work to deadlines.

Problem-solving approach with a commercial mindset.

Understanding of the importance of delivering excellent internal and external customer care.
Salary & Working Hours:
