Internal Sales Person
We are currently recruiting for an enthusiastic and driven Internal Sales Person to join a growing and dynamic team. This is a fantastic opportunity for an Internal Sales Person who enjoys building relationships with customers, managing enquiries and supporting the sales process from initial contact through to order completion.
As an Internal Sales Person, you will be responsible for handling inbound customer enquiries, preparing quotations, processing orders and providing excellent customer service. The successful Internal Sales Person will work closely with the wider sales and operations teams to ensure customer needs are met efficiently and professionally.
Key Responsibilities:

Respond to customer enquiries via phone and email

Prepare quotations and process customer orders

Build and maintain strong relationships with customers

Support the external sales team with administrative tasks

Maintain accurate records within the CRM system

Follow up on quotations and potential sales opportunities
Skills & Experience:

Previous experience in an Internal Sales Person or sales support role

Strong communication and customer service skills

Good organisational skills and attention to detail

Confident using Microsoft Office and CRM systems
