Project Analyst

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a highly organised and analytical Project Analyst to join a busy performance team supporting multiple business-critical projects. The Project Analyst will play a key role in assisting Project Managers with planning, data analysis, and stakeholder engagement to ensure successful delivery against time, cost, and quality objectives.

This Project Analyst position is ideal for someone with strong data and administrative experience who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys working across a variety of initiatives. Initially offered on a temporary basis for approximately 12 weeks, this Project Analyst role could lead to a permanent opportunity for high-performing individuals. The organisation is a large, established UK business undergoing internal growth and development, creating genuine career pathways for a capable Project Analyst.

Location: Hybrid working (UK-based)

Main Responsibilities:

• Support Project Managers in the coordination and delivery of multiple projects
• Assist with planning, documentation, reporting, and stakeholder engagement
• Gather, analyse and present data to support informed decision-making
• Contribute to business case development, benefits mapping, and solution evaluation
• Organise and facilitate workshops with key stakeholders
• Support change management and business readiness activities
• Monitor project progress against agreed timelines and quality standards
• Maintain strong documentation and governance controls
• Promote a culture of continuous improvement and Health & Safety compliance


Skills/Experience:

• Previous experience in a Project Analyst or project support role
• Strong data analysis and data management capability
• Excellent knowledge of Office 365 applications
• Strong communication and organisational skills
• Experience supporting workshops or stakeholder engagement sessions
• Ability to work independently and prioritise workload effectively
• Experience in continuous improvement or lean methodologies (desirable)
• Flexible, adaptable and able to meet tight deadlines


Salary & Working Hours:

Salary: Competitive hourly rate (dependent on experience)
Hours: Full-time, Monday to Friday
Working Pattern: Hybrid working model
Contract: Temporary for approximately 12 weeks
