Main Responsibilities:
• Oversee end-to-end HR lifecycle administration
• Maintain accurate personnel records and HR system data
• Ensure compliance with GDPR and UK employment legislation
• Prepare and validate monthly payroll inputs
• Support benefits administration and liaise with external providers
• Act as first-line support for HR system queries
• Produce HR reports including absence, turnover, and headcount data
• Coordinate and support the performance review cycle
• Assist with document management and workflow improvements
• Maintain audit-ready HR documentation
• Escalate complex or sensitive matters where appropriate
Skills/Experience:
• Previous experience in an HR Administrator role
• Strong understanding of UK employment law and GDPR
• Experience working with HR systems and data reporting
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
• Confident user of Microsoft Office applications
• Professional communication skills and stakeholder management ability
• CIPD Level 3–5 or equivalent experience
• Experience within a multi-site or Group environment (desirable)
