The Role:
Point Recruitment is recruiting a Warehouse Operative for a well-established business in March, Cambridgeshire. This is a physical, largely outdoor role, with most of the working day spent moving and stocking raw materials.
As a Warehouse Operative, you will help keep the factories supplied throughout each shift. The role would suit someone who enjoys practical work, is comfortable working in all weather conditions and can work reliably as part of a busy team.
Main Responsibilities:
- Move and stock raw materials to keep the factories supplied
- Carry out physical warehouse work outdoors in all weather conditions
- Follow site procedures to move stock safely and efficiently
- Support the wider team to keep production supplied throughout the shift
Skills/Experience:
- Previous warehouse experience is desirable
- Comfortable with physical, hands-on work
- Willing and able to work outdoors in all weather conditions
- Reliable, proactive and able to work well with others
- Forklift experience would be an advantage, but is not essential
Salary & Working Hours:
- £12.71 per hour
- Monday to Friday, 06:00–15:00
