We are recruiting for an experienced and proactive Service Delivery Coordinator to support a critical infrastructure project based in Huntingdon. This Service Delivery Coordinator role is key to ensuring high-quality customer service and smooth day-to-day operations within a fast-paced, reactive environment. As a Service Delivery Coordinator, you will act as a first point of contact for key stakeholders on the Sizewell C project, supporting clear communication, effective scheduling, and seamless service delivery.
This Service Delivery Coordinator position is based at Osprey House in Huntingdon, initially working 5 days per week onsite. Once fully trained and no longer requiring supervision, the Service Delivery Coordinator will have the opportunity to work from home up to a maximum of 2 days per week. This is a temporary role offering an exciting opportunity to be part of a growing utilities and infrastructure delivery business without giving too much away about the client.
Main Responsibilities:

Acting as the first point of contact for key Sizewell C project stakeholders

Responding to stakeholder communications via phone, email, and Teams within agreed service levels

Coordinating delivery schedules and operational resources across core working hours

Processing delivery requests and maintaining scheduling systems accurately

Liaising with contractors, site-based teams, and internal departments

Identifying, escalating, and supporting resolution of operational issues

Maintaining accurate and auditable records for operational, financial, and compliance purposes

Supporting contractor coordination, inspections, and HSEQ reporting

Providing cross-cover and team support within the Water Delivery team
Skills / Experience:
-
Previous experience in a coordination, scheduling, planning, or service delivery role

Comfortable working in a fast-paced and reactive environment

Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

Confident using multiple systems and managing shared data

Good Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel

Strong organisational skills and attention to detail

Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team

Experience within utilities, construction, logistics, or infrastructure projects is advantageous
Salary & Working Hours:

Hourly Rate: £13.00 per hour

Hours: 37.5 hours per week (7.5 hours per day)

Working Pattern: Shift pattern covering core hours of 7am–6pm, Monday to Friday, plus Saturday morning on-call (shared with two other team members)
