This Customer Service Administrator position is offered on a temporary basis, with a strong opportunity for the role to become permanent for the right candidate. You will be joining a supportive team within a modern office environment, playing a key role in ensuring customers receive a professional and efficient service at all times.
Main Responsibilities:

Handling incoming customer enquiries via phone, email, live chat and social platforms

Delivering a consistently high level of customer service

Processing customer orders, returns and related administration

Managing customer queries with empathy, professionalism and attention to detail

Liaising with internal departments to resolve customer issues

Producing reports relating to customer interactions and service levels

Auditing website content to ensure information is accurate and up to date
Skills/Experience:

Previous experience in a customer-focused or administrative role

Strong communication skills, both verbal and written

Confident and professional telephone manner

Good organisational skills with the ability to prioritise workload

Strong IT skills, including Microsoft Office packages
