The Role: Electrical Project Manager
Are you an experienced Electrical Project Manager looking for your next challenge? As an Electrical Project Manager, you’ll provide leadership to project teams, ensure compliance with industry standards, and oversee the safe, timely, and cost-effective delivery of projects.

Main Responsibilities (Electrical Project Manager):
- Oversee electrical projects from initial planning stages through to successful completion and client handover.
- Provide guidance, motivation, and leadership to project teams, ensuring smooth collaboration across all levels.
- Maintain compliance with industry standards, health & safety requirements, and internal procedures.
- Take ownership of budgets, forecasts, procurement, and financial control throughout the project lifecycle.
- Work with external authorities and stakeholders to secure necessary approvals and avoid delays.
- Create, update, and monitor project schedules to ensure deadlines and milestones are achieved.
- Act as the main point of contact for technical queries and connection requirements during delivery.
- Produce and manage documentation such as risk assessments, method statements, and work instructions.
- Track project progress, identify risks, and provide clear updates to senior management.
- Carry out regular site visits, safety checks, and incident investigations where needed.
- Build and maintain strong working relationships with clients, contractors, and partners to support project success.
Skills/Experience (Electrical Project Manager):
- Proven track record in electrical project management.
- Strong knowledge of electrical engineering.
- Previous experience leading project teams within an electrical environment.
- Full UK driving licence.
- SMSTS or IOSH Managing Safely certification.
- NRSWA Supervisor qualification.
