Marketing Coordinator

We are seeking a creative and highly organised Marketing Coordinator to join a growing direct-to-consumer sales team within the UK market. This entry-level Marketing Coordinator role offers the opportunity to take ownership of regional marketing activity, working closely with sales teams and showrooms to drive brand awareness and customer engagement.

As a Marketing Coordinator, you will research, plan, create and implement marketing and communication campaigns that support showroom performance and increase enquiries. The Marketing Coordinator will collaborate cross-functionally with sales and operations teams, ensuring a seamless end-to-end customer journey. This is a permanent, full-time position based in the UK, working within a supportive marketing team environment that encourages creativity, initiative, and professional growth.


Main Responsibilities:

  • Plan and deliver local and regional marketing campaigns to drive brand awareness.

  • Create engaging lifestyle content for digital and print channels.

  • Collate case studies and coordinate professional photography and videography.

  • Manage advertising bookings across publications, websites, and digital newsletters.

  • Support PR and communication planning throughout the year.

  • Oversee copywriting agencies for product and guidance content.

  • Assist with brochure creation and updates.

  • Develop digital content for showroom screens and interactive sales tools.

  • Attend showroom meetings to build relationships and support activity progression.

  • Coordinate ordering of showroom materials, branded signage, samples, and promotional goods.

  • Monitor marketing spend and track performance metrics such as web traffic, enquiries, and quotation requests.


Skills/Experience:

  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.

  • Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.

  • Creative thinker with a proactive and results-driven approach.

  • Comfortable analysing reporting statistics and marketing performance data.

  • Confident collaborating with sales and operations teams.

  • Marketing or sales environment experience beneficial but not essential.

  • Marketing-related education advantageous but not required.

  • Team-oriented with a methodical and detail-focused mindset.


Salary & Working Hours:
