Goods In / Warehouse Coordinator
My client based in St Ives is currently looking for an enthusiastic and skilled Goods in Warehouse Coordinator to join their growing team.

Main Duties
- Oversee and coordinate the day-to-day running of the Goods In operation
- Manage all incoming deliveries, ensuring stock is unloaded safely and efficiently
- Operate counterbalance forklift trucks
- Check deliveries for accuracy, complete paperwork, and update the WMS system
- Ensure stock is palletised, wrapped, labelled, and stored in correct locations
- Carry out daily stock replenishment to support warehouse picking operations
- Maintain high standards of health & safety, housekeeping, and site organisation
- Lead, guide, and support warehouse operatives when required
Skills / Experience Required
- Valid Counterbalance FLT licence
- Proven experience working in a Goods In / Warehouse environment
- Strong knowledge of stock control, deliveries, and replenishment processes
- Experience using warehouse systems (WMS) and completing paperwork accurately
- Supervisory or coordinating experience preferred
- Excellent attention to detail and strong organisational skills
- Good communication skills and a proactive, hands-on approach
Hours & Pay
Monday to Friday
08:00-17:30 / 42.5 hours per week
£28,000 - £31,000 per annum
In addition to the hourly rate, there are opportunities throughout the year to increase earnings through overtime, performance incentives, progression, and training.
