Purpose of the Gluing Machine Operator Setter:

We are currently recruiting for a Glueing Machine Operator within our clients Gluing/Finishing Department, working with state-of-the-art equipment to deliver the exceptional quality for our client’s companies.

Key Responsibilities for the Gluing Machine Operator Setter:

  • Operate gluing machinery across all ranges, including undersize, straight-line, crash lock, and integral fitments.
  • Maintain high attention to detail and uphold quality standards throughout production.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues efficiently to ensure optimal output.
  • Work effectively under tight deadlines in a dynamic and adaptable environment.
  • Communicate clearly and collaborate with team members.
  • Lead a small team and report directly to the Gluing Manager.
  • Demonstrate pride and ownership in producing premium products.

Skills required for the Gluing Machine Operator Setter:

  • Proven experience as a gluing operator, with comprehensive knowledge of various product styles.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to innovation.

Hours of work for the Gluing Machine Operator Setter:

Rotation Monday to Thursday or Tuesday to Friday (earlies and lates)
