My client is currently seeking a reliable and hardworking Warehouse Operative to join their dynamic team based in Huntingdon. This is a great opportunity for an experienced Warehouse Operative to become part of a supportive and growing business where teamwork and reliability are valued.
Main Duties
As a Warehouse Operative, you will be responsible for:
- Assisting with granulating materials for recycling and reuse
- Operating Forklift Trucks (FLT) to safely load, unload, and transport goods
- Performing general warehouse duties, including picking, packing, stock control, and maintaining a clean working environment
- Supporting the production and logistics teams as needed
- Following all health, safety, and hygiene procedures at all times
Skills & Experience
To succeed as a Warehouse Operative, you’ll need:
- Previous experience in a warehouse or similar environment (preferred)
- A valid Forklift Truck (Counterbalance) licence
- Physical fitness to complete manual handling tasks safely
- Good spoken and written English communication skills
- A proactive, reliable, and team-focused attitude
Hours & Pay
Monday to Friday
Week 1: 06:00 – 14:00
Week 2: 14:00 – 22:00
£13.11 per hour
