Internal Sales Executive/ Account Manager

My client are a reseller of security equipment based in Huntingdon and they are seeking a permanent Internal Sales Executive to join their established team. 

This role is 100% office based and so you must live in the immediate area to be considered for this position. 

A background in telephone based sales is essential as you will be calling new contacts within trade and private customers as well as ongoing management of these accounts. 

Whilst a background in security systems would be beneficial you will receive product training.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Making outbound calls to potential new customers and establishing relationships.
  • Generating marketing campaigns and abstracting data from ordering system.
  • Producing quotations and ensuring all relevant information is included.
  • Maintaining CRM database.
  • Processing payments and orders.
  • Maintaining, developing and building long-term relationships with trade customers.
  • Creating new trade accounts on ordering system.
  • Working closely within a small sales team and attending regular sales meetings.
  • Carrying out customer product demonstrations 
  • Technical & Product training will be provided.
  • Updating Excel spreadsheets.
