My client are a reseller of security equipment based in Huntingdon and they are seeking a permanent Internal Sales Executive to join their established team.
This role is 100% office based and so you must live in the immediate area to be considered for this position.
A background in telephone based sales is essential as you will be calling new contacts within trade and private customers as well as ongoing management of these accounts.
Whilst a background in security systems would be beneficial you will receive product training.
Main Responsibilities:
- Making outbound calls to potential new customers and establishing relationships.
- Generating marketing campaigns and abstracting data from ordering system.
- Producing quotations and ensuring all relevant information is included.
- Maintaining CRM database.
- Processing payments and orders.
- Maintaining, developing and building long-term relationships with trade customers.
- Creating new trade accounts on ordering system.
- Working closely within a small sales team and attending regular sales meetings.
- Carrying out customer product demonstrations
- Technical & Product training will be provided.
- Updating Excel spreadsheets.
