Warehouse Despatch Administrator

My client is an international company that produce and sell their own range of products to various industries.

They are seeking a Warehouse Despatch Administrator to take responsibility for ensuring the smooth running of the administration of the UK sales despatch process, acting as main point of contact between admin and the warehouse.

Main Duties:

  • Using courier’s software to create despatch labels (Full Training Provided)
  • To ensure all parcels/pallets are labelled correctly
  • Booking UK pallet collections
  • In the future, this role will be linked with export admin duties as part of an overall despatch administration team.
  • Supplying carriage quotes to the sales teams

Good communication skills are required for this position as you will have a working relationship across the company as well as customers.
