The Role:
We are working with a leading manufacturer and supplier in their field to recruit an experienced Technical Sales Representative . This is a full-time, permanent position offering a great mix of autonomy, client interaction, and hands-on product work across various sectors including automotive, industrial, marine, aviation, wood and more.
This is a field-based role, offering the chance to manage your own diary, support a loyal distributor network, and build new business opportunities across the UK. You'll be joining a business with strong values, an excellent reputation for innovation, and a collaborative approach to sales and marketing.
Main Responsibilities:
- Demonstrate and promote current and new product ranges to distributors and end users
- Provide product training and motivation to distributor sales teams
- Conduct system work outs and technical demonstrations
- Identify opportunities in new and existing markets
- Manage and maintain CRM and customer database
- Plan and deliver product promotions, training sessions and marketing activities
- Attend meetings, exhibitions, and trade events as required
- Work closely with internal teams to align marketing and sales strategies
Skills/Experience:
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in a technical sales role
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Confident in training, presenting, and influencing
- Self-motivated, well-organised and able to manage your own diary
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM tools
- Educated to A-Level standard or equivalent

- Full-time, permanent position
- 37.5 hours per week
- Monday to Friday
