The Company:
We are currently working with a growing business based in Huntingdon that sells products to market leading companies around the world. The company are family owned and employ a team of professionals and experts meaning they are able to provide the best possible service across all parts of the organisation.
The Opportunity:
An experienced person is now needed to look after stock levels across the main site and other third party warehouses, also coordinating deliveries and looking after customs clearance with suppliers, head office and other external sources.
This is an on-site role however there may be very occasional travel to head office which is 2 hours from Huntingdon for training days and meetings.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure creation of export freight documentation in line with supplier and receiver requirements.
  • Manage inventory replenishment of the main site, Huntingdon and European warehouse locations, liaising with internal and external suppliers.
  • Prepare accurate reporting of stock positions at stored locations and forecasted needs for stock movements and replenishments.
  • Coordinate delivery with suppliers to planned quantity replenishment needs.
  • Stock Queries - be the go to person for all physical and system inventory queries. Investigate issues to root cause and recommend actions to mitigate.
  • As per procedure, control the entry and release of bonded warehouse stock for distribution and sale.
  • From forecasted sales, liaise with head office for advanced product stock replenishment needs.
Package Details:
    • Company Bonus Scheme: up to 1 months’ salary, depending on achievement of corporate and personal objectives.

The working hours for this role are 09:00 until 17:00, Monday to Friday.
£30,000 - 35,000 per annum (depending on experience)
