Senior Sales Exec

We’re currently seeking an ambitious and driven UK Senior Sales Specialist to join a well-established organisation based in St Ives, Cambridgeshire. This is a full-time, permanent opportunity for an experienced sales professional looking to make a real impact within a successful and growing business.

As a UK Senior Sales Specialist, you will be responsible for managing and expanding relationships with key clients while identifying and developing new business opportunities across the UK. This role will suit someone with a strong track record in sales who is confident building long-term relationships, presenting to clients, and consistently exceeding targets.


Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key accounts and new clients.

  • Proactively generate leads and convert opportunities into profitable sales.

  • Deliver engaging sales presentations and product demonstrations both virtually and in person.

  • Collaborate with internal departments to ensure customer satisfaction and sales success.

  • Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.

  • Maintain accurate records of customer activity within the CRM system.

  • Support colleagues during busy periods to ensure smooth business operations.

  • Attend industry events and customer site visits as required.


Skills/Experience:

  • Proven experience as a UK Senior Sales Specialist or similar sales role.

  • Track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.

  • Excellent verbal communication and presentation skills.

  • Confident working independently and as part of a wider sales team.

  • Strong organisational and time management abilities.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.

  • Full UK driving licence essential.

  • Experience managing UK-wide accounts or working within a business-to-business environment desirable.


Salary & Working Hours:

  • £27,000 – £30,000 per annum (DOE) plus commission.

  • Full-time, Monday to Friday.

  • Based in St Ives, Cambridgeshire, with travel across the UK as required.
