Salesperson £22,000 – £25,000 DOE

Point Recruitment are recruiting for a Salesperson for our client based in St Ives, Cambridgeshire.

Pay rate £22,000 - £25,000 plus commission after 12 months.

Responsibilities include:

  • Build and maintain working relationships with new and existing clients.
  • Obtain orders, up and cross sell to existing clients.
  • Gain new accounts working to agreed plans and developing rapport with prospective clients.
  • Work closely with other colleagues to meet monthly sales targets.
  • Attend site visits and trade shows if required.
  • Assist other departments to cover holidays and sickness.
  • Gain product knowledge by attending internal and external training sessions where appropriate.
  • Maintain company procedures in taking order, keeping up to date notes of contacts with clients and all sales activities.

This is a full-time permanent office based role

Working hours and pay rates:

  • Monday to Friday 37 hours a week
  • £22,000 - £25,000 plus commission after 12 months

Skills & Experience:

  • Previous experience in a similar role
  • Target driven.
  • Excellent Telephone manner
  • Fast learner
