We’re currently seeking an experienced and motivated Sales Office Manager to join a forward-thinking organisation based in St Neots. This is a full-time, permanent position offering an exciting opportunity to lead and develop an internal sales team while driving continuous improvement across the sales function.
As a Sales Office Manager, you’ll play a pivotal role in ensuring smooth sales operations, motivating your team to achieve their targets, and maintaining the highest level of customer satisfaction. This role would suit someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys leading people, and has strong commercial awareness coupled with excellent organisational and communication skills.
Main Responsibilities:

Lead, motivate, and develop the internal sales team to meet business objectives.

Manage workloads and oversee the daily running of the sales office.

Conduct performance reviews, set objectives, and support staff development.

Oversee order management to ensure on-time delivery and excellent customer service.

Administer and maintain the Salesforce CRM system, ensuring data accuracy and effective reporting.

Produce and analyse KPI reports to monitor performance and drive improvements.

Support demand forecasting and Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) activities.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment across business operations.

Provide leadership and guidance on sales processes, compliance, and customer engagement.
Skills/Experience:

Proven experience in a Sales Office Manager or similar leadership role.

Strong team management, coaching, and motivational skills.

Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.

Proficient in Salesforce or a similar CRM system.

Confident analysing data and presenting insights using Excel or Power BI.

Comfortable working in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.

Experience supporting S&OP and order management processes is advantageous.

Salary & Working Hours:
