Key Customer Administrator
Location: Huntingdon
Salary: £13.00 per hour
Job type: Full-time, Permanent
Hours: 37.5 hours per week (Monday to Friday)
Hybrid working: 4 days in the office and 1 day from home (usually Fridays, with some flexibility)
About the Role
We are looking for a Key Customer Administrator to join our busy Water Delivery team based in Huntingdon.
This is a fast-paced and varied role where you’ll play an important part in delivering high-quality customer service and ensuring efficient day-to-day operations. You’ll provide administrative and organisational support to the Key Customer Coordinator and the wider Water Delivery team, helping to keep things running smoothly for our customers and partners.
Key Responsibilities

Input, update and maintain accurate data across multiple systems.

Review, update and reconcile electronic records daily, including booking in drivers and vehicles, and preparing data for invoicing.

Verify and correct data to ensure completeness, accuracy and compliance (e.g. booking references, volume checks).

Prepare, file and maintain both electronic and paper-based documentation, including driver paperwork and testing certificates.

Ensure data confidentiality and compliance with data protection regulations.

Support with general administrative tasks such as scheduling, filing and correspondence.

Raise purchase orders and assist with invoicing.

Handle and resolve stakeholder and haulier queries promptly and professionally.

Manage incoming emails and phone calls within agreed service levels.
About You

Previous experience in an administrative or customer service role.

Excellent attention to detail and strong organisational skills.

Confident using IT systems and working with data.

Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

Proactive and adaptable, with the ability to prioritise workload in a fast-paced environment.

A team player who takes ownership and delivers results.
