We are currently seeking an ambitious and motivated International Sales professional to join a well-established and growing organisation based in Houghton, Cambridgeshire. As an International Sales representative, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with key distributors and customers across global markets. Main Responsibilities:

Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors and key customers.

Develop new business opportunities through proactive outreach and lead generation.

Manage the full sales cycle from initial enquiry through to order completion.

Research international markets to identify growth opportunities.

Accurately record sales activities and follow-up actions in the CRM system.

Work closely with colleagues across departments to achieve sales targets.

Attend international exhibitions and client meetings as required.

Stay up to date with product knowledge to provide effective support and advice to customers.
Skills/Experience:

Proven experience in a sales or international sales role.

Track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with clients at all levels.

Strong organisational and planning abilities, able to manage multiple priorities.

Confident using Microsoft Office and CRM systems.

Additional language skills (such as French, Spanish, or German) would be advantageous.

Self-motivated, proactive, and adaptable to working with diverse cultures and markets.
Salary & Working Hours:

Basic salary of £26,000 – £26,500 per annum (DOE) plus commission.

Full-time, Monday to Friday, office-based in Houghton, Cambridgeshire.
