Job Title: Senior Sales Specialist – International

Salary: £26,000–£30,000 DOE plus commission
About the Role
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Senior Sales Specialist to join an established International Sales team. This role focuses on developing and managing key accounts, distributors, and end-users across a wide range of industries worldwide.
You’ll play a key part in driving international growth — managing existing relationships, identifying new opportunities, and converting leads into successful long-term business partnerships.
Key Responsibilities

Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective distributors.

Develop sales through upselling, cross-selling, and managing the full sales process from lead generation to closing.

Research international markets to identify trends, competitor activity, and new opportunities.

Manage and grow existing accounts to achieve and exceed sales targets.

Accurately maintain records of sales activity and follow-up actions.

Plan and prioritise your workload independently on a monthly and quarterly basis.

Participate in International Sales meetings, sharing progress, insights, and ideas.

Provide technical advice and product support to customers.

Travel abroad as required to attend exhibitions, trade shows, and client visits.

Maintain product knowledge through internal and external training sessions.

Support other departments during busy periods or staff absence.
