Internal Sales Person

Our client are a leading UK company dedicated to delivering high end products and services to their customers. They are expanding their team and are on the lookout for a talented Internal Sales Person to join them on this exciting journey.

Main Duties:

  • Ensure all orders received are entered into the SAP system accurately.
  • Efficiently deal with telephone and email enquiries and orders, providing our customers the level of service expected from the business.
  • Provide up-to-date logistic information to customers and suppliers.
  • Liaise with couriers/suppliers to ensure deliveries are met for customers.
  • Handle any customer issues and queries to ensure they reach an appropriate conclusion, advising Management of all issues.
  • Follow all company procedures.
  • Support the external sales team to develop new sales and customers.
  • Ensure that the sales team (both internal and external) are kept informed of any developments relating to their accounts.
  • Undertake any additional tasks as requested by their line manager or any other members of the Senior Management team.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a similar role, preferably in an internal sales/customer service/account management capacity.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
  • A proactive and results-oriented approach to work.
  • Enthusiastic, hard-working, reliable, and possess a positive attitude

Working Hours & Salary:

08:30 until 17:00, Monday to Friday (office based) 

£26,000 - £32,000 (depending on experience)
