My client is seeking an Internal Sales Exec to join their team in a busy target driven sales office. A background in Sales isnt absolutely necessary but a willingness to learn and work hard is absolutely essential!
This role will be based in Huntingdon although for the first few months there will be a requirement to work from the Biggleswade office as they are relocating their premises to Huntingdon and are halfway through this process.
Main Duties:

Implement account strategies for new and existing customers to maximise sales

Establishing excellent customer relationships both internally and externally

Maintain technical competence with company system

Strong relationship and communication skills

Log customer information and call reporting in the CRM database

Negotiating and finalising purchase orders/contracts with customers

Manage and keep track of own orders and enquiries within system
Experience:

Competent user of IT (ideally proficient in MS Office applications - Excel, Outlook and Word)

Excellent communication skills

An understanding of the importance of internal and external customer care

A high level of self-motivation and enthusiasm

Able to look for solutions and tackle complex objectives and problems
