Our established and affluent client are seeking for an experienced Installation Support Advisor to join their vibrant team based in Huntingdon.
The successful Installation Support Advisor will have a combination of experience within installations, warranty, and customer care. The Installation Support Advisor must have attention to detail and have a ‘can do’ attitude with the want to drive the team forward.

Responsibilities
- Managing client telephone calls (incoming & outgoing) to agree on & confirm installations/warranty site visits.
- Planning and checking orders & parts to ensure the Installation goes smoothly.
- Delegating & actioning tasks to ensure the relevant people understand the project.
- Compiling of project information for the company's site operatives containing all relevant paperwork & information required on site.
- Usage of company bespoke software
- Physical product checks
- Technical understanding of the product range

- Suitable for an experienced, people & process focused individual.
- Empathic with the ability to read and understand complex installations for our clients.

Working hours and pay
- Monday to Friday 09:00 – 17:00 (flexible)
- £25,000 per annum.
