Pay Rate: £13.00 per hour
Contract: Temporary to Permanent


About the Role

We’re looking for a proactive and organised Goods In/Out Administrator to join our busy logistics team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to secure a long-term role with real potential to go permanent after a successful temp period.

You’ll play a key part in ensuring the smooth flow of goods through the warehouse — from booking deliveries and updating records to communicating with suppliers and drivers.


Key Responsibilities

  • Accurately process all incoming and outgoing goods

  • Book deliveries and collections using internal systems

  • Maintain up-to-date stock and delivery records

  • Liaise with suppliers, couriers, and warehouse staff

  • Prepare shipping documentation and labels

  • Support general admin duties within the logistics department


Requirements

  • Previous experience in a similar Goods In/Out or warehouse admin role

  • Strong attention to detail and organisational skills

  • Confident with Microsoft Office and warehouse management systems

  • Excellent communication skills

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
