Executive Assistant to the Managing Director £30,000 - £35,000
Point Recruitment are recruiting for a Salesperson for our client based in Cottenham, Cambridgeshire.
Pay rate £30,000 - £35,000
Hybrid working available.
Responsibilities include:
- Schedule and oversee appointments, meetings and travel arrangements.
- Being a gatekeeper by filtering and prioritising direct access to the Managing Director through emails, calls and requests.
- Manage emails, phone calls, meeting minutes and correspondence on the Managing Directors behalf.
- Aid in creating reports, presentations and other business documents.
- Engage with department heads to guarantee the flow of information needed.
- Support in the organising of company projects, events and meetings.
- Uphold the highest discretion and confidentiality when dealing with sensitive information.
- Take on special projects as directed by the Managing Director.
This is a full-time permanent role that can offer Hybrid working
Working hours and pay rates:
- Monday to Friday 08:00 – 16:00
- £30,000-£35,000
- Hybrid
Skills & Experience:
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in PA roles ideally within e-commerce or manufacturing
- Highly Organised.
- Proactive
- Happy working in a fast-paced environment
- Adaptable to changes
