Customer Service Rep

We are currently recruiting for a Customer Service Representative to join a dynamic and supportive organisation based in Godmanchester. This is a full-time, permanent position offering an excellent opportunity for someone with strong communication skills and a passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences.

As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for customers, handling enquiries, processing orders, and providing accurate information to ensure complete customer satisfaction. Working as part of a friendly and professional team, you will play an essential role in maintaining smooth communication between departments and ensuring that every customer interaction reflects the company’s high standards of service.


Main Responsibilities:

  • Handle customer enquiries via phone and email in a professional and timely manner.

  • Process customer orders accurately and ensure all documentation is complete.

  • Coordinate with internal teams to track order progress and communicate updates.

  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.

  • Prepare and issue quotes, order confirmations, and invoices as required.

  • Assist customers with product information and order-related queries.

  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to resolve issues quickly and effectively.

  • Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs).


Skills/Experience:

  • Proven experience in a Customer Service Representative or similar role.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.

  • Confident in using Microsoft Office and customer management systems.

  • Ability to multitask and perform under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

  • Self-motivated team player with a positive attitude and commitment to excellence.


Salary & Working Hours:

  • Competitive salary, depending on experience.

  • Full-time, Monday to Friday (37.5 hours per week).

  • Based in Godmanchester.
