Customer Account Manager

My Client is looking for a proactive Customer Account Manager  to join our team and help deliver excellent service to our valued customers. This is a great opportunity for someone with strong communication skills and a passion for customer service and sales.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support customers via phone, email, and fax

  • Provide accurate quotes and follow up to convert into orders

  • Process customer orders and coordinate shipments

  • Advise on tooling and material usage

  • Build strong relationships with customers and internal teams

  • Identify new opportunities within existing accounts

  • Maintain records and update CRM system

What You’ll Need:

  • Strong communication and organisational skills

  • Confident using computers (MS Office)

  • Fluent in English (spoken & written)

  • Sales or admin experience (preferred but not essential)

  • Background in aerospace/manufacturing (desirable)
