The Role: CNC Miller

Based in St Neots, this permanent position is ideal for a skilled CNC Miller who enjoys delivering high-end work and thrives in a professional, collaborative team. Main Responsibilities (CNC Miller):
• Program, set, and operate CNC milling machines to produce precision components
• Machine components from a range of raw materials to engineering drawing specifications
• Use appropriate measuring equipment to ensure all components meet quality standards
• Follow company Quality Management and Health & Safety procedures
• Work efficiently to meet production deadlines while maintaining accuracy
Skills/Experience (CNC Miller):
• Proven experience in a precision engineering environment
• Skilled in programming, setting, and operating CNC milling machines (Haas or Fanuc control)
• Experience using 5th axis machining and machining castings
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings confidently
• Competent in using measurement and inspection equipment
• Mechanical Engineering qualification (essential)
• Strong communication skills, time management, and a collaborative work ethic
Salary & Working Hours (CNC Miller):
• Competitive pay with premium overtime rates
• Shift pattern:

Week 1: 6.00am to 2.30pm (Monday to Friday, 30 mins unpaid lunch)

Week 2: 2.00pm to 11.30pm (Monday to Thursday, 30 mins unpaid lunch)

Week 2: 2.00pm to 6.00pm (Friday)
