Main Responsibilities:
- Program, set, and operate CNC milling machines to produce precision components
- Machine components from a range of raw materials to engineering drawing specifications
- Utilise appropriate measuring equipment to ensure quality standards are met
- Follow company Quality Management and Health & Safety procedures
- Work to deadlines while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail
Skills & Experience:
- Proven experience in a precision engineering environment
- Skilled in programming, setting, and operating CNC milling machines (Haas or Fanuc control)
- Experience using 5th axis and machining castings
- Ability to read engineering drawings and use measuring equipment
- Mechanical Engineering Qualification (essential)
- Strong time management, communication skills, and team ethic
Working Hours:
Week 1
- 6.00am to 2.30pm (30 mins unpaid lunch), Monday to Friday
Week 2
- 2.00pm to 11.30pm (30 mins unpaid lunch), Monday to Thursday
- 2.00pm to 6.00pm, Friday
