My client are seeking a Trade Sales Assistant with a strong customer service background to provide a service for both the Sales Office and the Service Counter.
 
Main Duties:
  • Always behave in a calm and professional way.
  • Answering customer enquiries by phone, email, messaging services and social media in a timely, efficient and accurate manner.
  • Processing customer orders, including taking payments.
  • Processing internal works orders.
  • Liaise with other sales staff undertaking similar activities and ensure that the needs of the customer are met as much as possible.
  • Speak face-to-face with customers, drivers and other visitors as needed.

There will be training offered with this position as they will expect you to have a basic level of understanding about their products in order to help their customers properly.
