The Role:

You'll work closely with senior finance stakeholders, contributing to planning, budgeting, and reporting activities, and be instrumental in driving process improvement and innovation.

Huntingdon (with 2–3 days per week in the office and flexible home-working options)

Main Responsibilities:
• Support business planning and management accounting processes for OPEX and CAPEX
• Ensure compliance with financial controls, escalating issues where necessary
• Provide transactional and analytical support to Management and Senior Management Accountants
• Assist with statutory and regulatory reporting
• Build strong working relationships across finance and non-finance teams
• Champion continuous improvement, standardisation, automation, and efficiency initiatives
Skills/Experience:
• Part-qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent)
• Proven experience in accounting with a solid grasp of management accounting techniques
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word; SAP experience is a plus
• Excellent communication skills, particularly in conveying financial information to non-financial stakeholders
• Organised, deadline-driven, and adaptable
Salary & Working Hours:
£18.20 per hour (depending on skills and experience)
37 hours per week, Monday to Friday
