Admin/ Sales Support

My client is seeking an Administrator/ Sales Support to join their team in a busy target driven sales office.
 
This role will be based in Huntingdon although for the first few months there will be a requirement to work from the Biggleswade office as they are relocating their premises to Huntingdon and are halfway through this process.
 
Main Duties:
  • Invoicing and document preparation. 
  • Arranging shipments for both UK and international deliveries.
  • Document scanning and file management. 
  • Ensuring all administrative duties are completed accurately and in line with set KPIs. 
  • Working closely with both the sales and warehouse teams to achieve positive results by providing administrative support as above to ensure efficient operations
Experience Required:
  • A high level of attention to detail.
  • Competent user of IT with experience in MS Office applications (Excel, Outlook and Word).
  • Excellent communication skills with an ability to build relationships both internally and externally.
  • Self-motivated and enthusiastic, with a positive, empathetic and professional attitude.
  • Able to adapt to new situations and be flexible when approaching tasks.
  • Experience in, and a good understanding of Export requirements would be beneficial but not essential.
