Accounts Assistant

My Client is seeking a temp for a minimum of 12 weeks to help out in the Procurement Team

You will be expected to manage the administrative duties associated with maintaining accurate cost reporting and payments to their clients, reviewing master data accuracy related to raw material purchases and to administer, analyse and accurately process raw material purchase invoices.

Skills and Experience

Essential

  • Administration skills
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Numerate
  • Good Excel skills
  • Effective communication skills both verbal and written

Desirable

  • ERP system experience, Rubicon preferable
  • Experience working in FMCG
