Job Title: Office Manager
Job Type: Full-time, Temp to Perm

About the Role:
We are seeking a proactive and highly organised Office Manager to join our team. This is a varied role where you will oversee the smooth running of the office, provide reception cover, and support with general administration. The ideal candidate will have proven experience using Sage, as you will play a key role in assisting with invoicing, petty cash reconciliation, and other financial processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Acting as the first point of contact on reception: greeting visitors, answering calls, and managing enquiries
  • Handling incoming and outgoing post and emails
  • Filing, scanning, and maintaining accurate office records
  • Assisting with invoicing, petty cash reconciliation, and general finance admin using Sage
  • Coordinating office supplies and ensuring the workplace remains organised
  • Supporting the wider team with ad hoc administrative tasks

About You:

  • Previous experience as an Office Manager, Administrator, or similar role
  • Strong working knowledge of Sage is essential
  • Excellent organisational and multitasking skills
  • Confident communicator, both face-to-face and over the phone
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to prioritise effectively
  • Professional, approachable, and reliable
