With 25 years of experience with cutting-edge technologies, our clients based on the outskirts of St Neots are looking for an Account Manager to join their busy and diverse team.

As an Account Manager you will be responsible for the planning and execution of clients’ work from brief to delivery & installation. Supporting the needs of the Project Managers to be the ‘eyes and ears’ of the client throughout the workflow.

 

Main Responsibilities

  • Liaise internally and externally across different departments and external suppliers, whilst managing the flow of information
  • Provide support to the Project Managers within the team with any duties they need to be fulfilled
  • Drive and manage the planning, production and execution of small to medium sized production projects. 
  • Develop awareness in order to identify opportunities to maximise margin at every stage of the workflow, ensuring that the best, most efficient production methods and substrates are used whilst meeting or exceeding client requirements.
  • Track costs against the agreed quote throughout the production process.
  • Keep the Client Services Manager updated in a timely manner on particular projects, clients, issues or risks
  • Monitor and help to resolve issues during the production process from brief to delivery/install quickly and efficiently, in coordination with the Production Managers ensuring timely feedback and efficient resolution.

 

Skills & Experience

  • Proven Account Management/Sales experience
  • Strong computer skills, with a willingness to carry out administrative duties and more complex challenges
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Highly motivated with a high level of initiative; inspires confidence to work independently and in support of department goals and business objectives.
  • Must hold full current UK driving licence

Salary & Working Hours

 £25,000 per annum

Monday – Thursday 9:00am – 17:30pm / Friday – 8:30am – 17:00pm
